Job Title: Interim CFO

Location: South Bend, IN

Are you a seasoned financial leader ready to make an immediate impact? We are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to guide our organization through a period of transition and growth. The Interim CFO will play a critical role in stabilizing our financial operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring continuity in financial leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the interim CFO, overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making during the interim period.

• Evaluate and enhance current financial systems and processes.

• Prepare the organization for a seamless handoff to a permanent CFO.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, bringing clarity and insight to complex financial matters.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture under the guidance of the interim CFO.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors, on behalf of the interim CFO.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO, preferably in an interim CFO capacity.

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence outcomes during periods of change.

• Ability to step into an interim CFO role with minimal onboarding time and deliver immediate value.
